Place the salmon skin side down in the middle of oven pan
Cook brussel sprouts in boling water for 10-15 mins or you can use frozen brussel sprouts and cook them as directed on the package
If you use green beans, cook for 3 mins in boiling water. If you have asparagus, you can place the raw asparagus next to the salmon
Drizzle olive oil over both vegetables and sprinkle with garlic powder and salt
Sprinkle your salmon with garlic powder, salt, pepper and fish seasoning powder
Cut butter into small chunks and place it on top of your salmon
Bake at 200C for 20 min (or until salmon is cooked through, check the thickest spot!)
