Easy Baked Salmon
Ingredients
- 1 large salmon filet 170 gr per person
- Brussel sprouts
- Asparagus or green beans
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 Tbsp butter 28g
- Garlic powder
- Salt
- Pepper
- Fish seasoning
Instructions
- Place the salmon skin side down in the middle of oven pan
- Cook brussel sprouts in boling water for 10-15 mins or you can use frozen brussel sprouts and cook them as directed on the package
- If you use green beans, cook for 3 mins in boiling water. If you have asparagus, you can place the raw asparagus next to the salmon
- Drizzle olive oil over both vegetables and sprinkle with garlic powder and salt
- Sprinkle your salmon with garlic powder, salt, pepper and fish seasoning powder
- Cut butter into small chunks and place it on top of your salmon
- Bake at 200C for 20 min (or until salmon is cooked through, check the thickest spot!)
