Easy Baked Salmon

Ingredients
  

  • 1 large salmon filet 170 gr per person
  • Brussel sprouts
  • Asparagus or green beans
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp butter 28g
  • Garlic powder
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Fish seasoning

Instructions
 

  • Place the salmon skin side down in the middle of oven pan
  • Cook brussel sprouts in boling water for 10-15 mins or you can use frozen brussel sprouts and cook them as directed on the package
  • If you use green beans, cook for 3 mins in boiling water. If you have asparagus, you can place the raw asparagus next to the salmon
  • Drizzle olive oil over both vegetables and sprinkle with garlic powder and salt
  • Sprinkle your salmon with garlic powder, salt, pepper and fish seasoning powder
  • Cut butter into small chunks and place it on top of your salmon
  • Bake at 200C for 20 min (or until salmon is cooked through, check the thickest spot!)
